Saturday’s new Moon is in water sign Cancer, which we associate with parental nurture, care, and ideal family feels. However, it forms a particularly stressful cosmic ‘situation’ with Chiron, an asteroid that orbits our solar system, suggesting wounds around nurture, family, and perhaps our perception of abandonment.

The trick is that no matter the reality of our past, it’s on us not to abandon ourselves or lock ourselves in a metaphorical pool house. Then, we wonder how we got there. Let yourself out!
