The Keep It Cleaner co-founder only meant to send the picture to her now husband Josh Miller.

Smith’s podcast with business partner Laura Henshaw had segment discussing “mortifying moments” this week.

“I’m fairly sure it’s up there with the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to me: I sent a nude to my mum and dad,” Smith said, divulging her own “mortifying moment”.

Henshaw then jumped in to add she had also received the picture as Smith had forwarded it on asking advice on what to do.

Unfortunately, Henshaw said Smith’s parents had automatic downloads activated on their phones so there was nothing they could do to stop them seeing it.

“The worst part was mum was like ‘I don’t think we needed to see that’. I was like ‘mum just don’t respond,’” Smith laughed.

It happened years ago when Smith was living alone in Melbourne. She now lives with her husband and one-year-old son.

Smith also revealed that when she was full-time modelling she accidentally opened a NSFW picture she had sent in front of a make-up artist.

Henshaw kicked off the segment with a recent mortifying moment at work where she spoke about an employee’s farewell arrangements in an all staff meeting before his exit had been announced.

The fitness influencers founded their company Keep It Cleaner together in 2017 to share online fitness programs. They also have a healthy food range in Coles and Woolworths.
