YESTERDAY we shared a list of some of the most annoying things that married people do. Well, bad habits work both ways. Here are the top things single people do which annoy couples.
1. Bad influences
My girlfriends love to complain about the single bad boys who try to lead their husbands (who would “simply never cheat”) astray. Ladies, if he’s going to cheat, it ain’t his mate’s fault.
2. Freedom
Sometimes married people rue the fact that they didn’t travel more, have more one-night stands, buy more designer clothes, stay up late more often and generally just have more fun. Observing single people do whatever they want can be a little envy-inducing.
3. Funny stories
There’s nothing like a single person’s dating escapades to make everyone laugh ... or cry. It can be frustrating to hear your single friends do and say a lot of things that obviously won’t get them a second date.
4. Never wanting to hang out with couples
Sometimes single people impose rules about crowd size when going out socially and always ask, “who else is coming?” or say “it’s a girls only night”.
5. Self-talk, non-stop
Single people love to talk about their dating life, their texts, their dating profiles, them, them, and them. Sure, it is interesting what you got up to last night but it is nice to talk about other stuff for long periods of time, too.
6. Selfies
Oh, please stop with the selfies Your social networks are important yes and looking good to attract others is too but the consistent, posey selfies in everyone’s newsfeed is OVERKILL!
7. Tinder
Being out with a single friend and watching them swipe away on Tinder — what a drag and conversation killer.
8. Time wasting with introducing their casual flings
Having to invest the time and energy in “getting to know” the new guy/girl your single friend is dating only for the relationship not to work out and then having to do in over all again in a few weeks is excruciatingly annoying.
