Man survives being struck by a lightning bolt
Man survives being struck by a lightning bolt that ‘entered his head and exited out of his back’.
Ryan Cross, 34, was with friends riding four wheelers when a hailstorm swept in and the lightning bolt hit near Idaho City in the United States.
According to local reports, he was rushed to Saint Alphonsus’ Intensive Care Unit on May 24, where he was treated for bleeding in his brain.
His wife, Heather Cross, told reporters that the bolt entered his head and exited out of his back. It was his wife who posted the photos of her husband on to Facebook, show Ryan in his hospital bed with what appears to be a red streak down the front of his chest and a red mark on his back from the bolt.
