YouTube star Chris Ingham who shot to fame with family videos slammed over creepy texts to teens
YOUTUBE star dad Chris Ingham desperately wants his teen fans to stop revealing his seedy text messages to the public.
YOUTUBE star Chris Ingham sent threatening messages to a 19-year-old fan after she confronted him when teenagers came forward over seedy texts he’d been sending them behind his wife’s back.
The Sun Online revealed last month how The Ingham Family star bombarded teen fans with “sexual” and “creepy” texts despite portraying himself as a family man on his channel, which boasts one million subscribers.
Chris, 34, is married to wife Sarah, 35, and has three children aged 12, 9 and 6 and the Yorkshire-based family blog their everyday lives to fans each day.
But his family man image was shattered when it was revealed how the father of three had bombarded fans with seedy text messages.
And now another fan, who has asked not to be named, has revealed that how Chris repeatedly told her how he loved her body and that he wanted to meet up.
When she sent him a selfie, he responded: “You’re perfect. Trust me you’re stunning.”
He then urged her to send another picture “without that baggy hood on”.
In other messages Chris wrote: “You’re stunning. Literally gorgeous.
“You should be so buzzing with that figure and your face.”
He then urged her: “You should be rocking that coat and hoodie off all the time. And showing off that figure.”
The girl also claims that Chris asked her to meet him at a hotel.
When she confronted him about his seedy conduct, the star replied: “Just do me and my girls a huge favour please don’t ever talk to anyone about this.”
He claimed to the girl, who was 18 when Chris began messaging her last year, that a woman speaking out against him was “on a mission to harm me”.
Chris also claimed that “legal action” was being taken against the woman speaking out, and how those who do will be in “serious legal trouble”.
He told her: “Just please think of my little girls who are being destroyed over this.”
The YouTube personality added: “Please believe me and please don’t speak to anyone about this and make it worse for me or my family.”
Previously Ingham asked 16-year-old Jessica Simpson to “sneak out” of her family hotel and meet him.
He also told her he wanted to go “skinny dipping”.
He also begged Bella Fearn, 19, to send him naked selfies while promising that he could make her a social media star.
Bella said that the texts “just prove he’s a total creep”.
Since teenage fans came forward to share the sexual texts Chris had been sending them, the family have continued to “vlog” their family life as usual.
They have made no mention of the drama in their wholesome videos.
Speaking to The Sun Online, the girl said: “He messaged me to try and keep me quiet and it made me so angry.
“He then used his children as a shield to try and defend himself and he is just refusing to be responsible for his own behaviour.
“The hardest thing is to see him and Sarah try and continue on as usual.
“It’s like they’re just pretending it didn’t happen, as if we are all liars and when have the proof and are telling the truth.
“I just want him to be honest with his fans so we can all move on.”
Chris Ingham declined to comment when approached by The Sun Online.
Chris portrays himself to fans as a dedicated husband and loving father, and his wife Sarah is now expecting their fourth child.
Despite the controversy surrounding his conduct with teenage fans, The Ingham Family channel has been carrying on as usual with no mention of the storm surrounding Chris.
The family have been sharing videos of their holiday to Crete, where they were greeted with champagne upon arrival by staff.
Jessica shared the messages Chris sent her with police, who told The Sun Online: “The contacts were of a sexual nature, however they did not meet in person. As the girl was over 16, no offences have been committed.”
