Truck nearly hits man: video shows amazing near miss

WHEN a truck is skidding towards you out of control and at full speed what do you do? Yup, you got it, film it.

A MAN has uploaded video of an incredible near miss on a highway in New Jersey.

The man was in a car waiting as the road was blocked by two trucks. He went to take a video of the accident being cleared up, and while he did, he heard a noise coming from behind.

As he turns, with video still rolling you see a truck skidding towards the car, seemingly unstoppable. The truck seems to have been victim of black ice, a common occurrence in winter in the US, when a thin coating of ice covers the road surface. It’s invisible to drivers and the truck skidding is most likely due to a loss of traction.
