‘Worst choice!’: Bride’s sheer wedding dress divides social media

A bride’s semi-sheer ensemble has divided social media users – leaving very little to the imagination at her wedding.

Woman shocked by 'horrifying' wedding dress photo

Every bride wants to look beautiful on her big day – and every woman has a different vision for their wedding look.

And while lace often adds elegance to an outfit, one woman’s semi-sheer ensemble – a photo of which was shared to Facebook group, ‘That’s it, I’m wedding dress shaming’ – left very little to the imagination during her ceremony.

It wasn’t just her decision to wear a bodysuit that raised eyebrows, The Sun reports, but how see-through the outfit was.

Despite adding a large ruffle and lace overlay, attendees could still see the woman’s underwear through her trousers as she slow-danced.

What social media users said made the costume even stranger was that the man dancing with her in the photo – presumably the groom – was dressed in far more traditional wedding day attire: black trousers, a waistcoat, and white dress shirt.

“I can’t imagine being one of the guests and having to face her booty for the whole ceremony while looking at a minister,” one wrote.

Another added: “Of all the choices, why make the pants skinny? Worst choice!”

“Those pants are awful,” a third said.

Users admitted they ‘don’t get the outfit at all’.

Others, however, praised the bride for her “confidence”.

“I do love the confidence she has. I wish I did,” one person wrote.

Though they did admit, “I just don’t get the outfit at all.”
