A Melbourne woman has lashed out after discovering a stranger had cable tied a Woolies trolley to her car’s door handle - but not everyone was on her side.
A Melbourne motorist has lashed out online after she revealed how a stranger had cable tied a supermarket trolley to her car’s door handle.
The woman vented her frustration im a popular Facebook group called Melbourne Crap Drivers and Parkers, where she shared a snap of the person’s act.
The image showed how a Woolies trolley was attatched to the driver’s door side of her silver car.
“Happened 15-20 minutes ago, p***ed off is not the word for it!” she wrote.
The Victorian woman didn’t share any details or background information on what may have caused the act, however many social media users were quick to point blame on her.
“The right hand headlight is pointing at someone else’s number plate, must’ve been one hell of an attempt to park,” one person wrote.
Some assumed she must’ve parked her car badly to provoke the stranger’s act.
“First, you probably took up 1.5 spaces and stopped someone else from being able to park there,” another person wrote, adding, “And lastly, if you’re at Woolies anyway, just walk back in and buy a knife or scissors and cut the cable ties off.”
Another also wrote had the woman “parked properly” someone “wouldn’t feel the need to do this”.
“The only time I see this is when people park incorrectly,” a third person wore. “Although, mind you, who in their right mind carries zip cables with them?”
