Women are furious Piers Morgan has interviewed Andrew Tate again
The British journalist has caused upset after revealing he’s interviewed a self-described misogynist accused of a string of awful crimes.
Andrew Tate, the influencer accused of sexually exploiting women, is set to appear on a new Piers Morgan interview, sparking uproar online.
The self-described misogynist and his brother Tristan are currently awaiting trial in Romania after being charged with a string of human trafficking and rape charges at the end of last year.
Tate and his brother spent several months in prison before being released and placed under house arrest alongside two female suspects in March.
A Romanian court later placed Tate under judicial control, a less restrictive measure, which allows the four suspects to leave the house, but they’re not allowed to visit Bucharest and the surrounding Ilfov county, The Guardian reported in August.
Tate, 36, has always denied the charges, claiming he’s confident he will be “absolutely exonerated” of the allegations.
While there’s still no date set for the pending court case, the British journalist has just revealed the accused brothers have given Piers Morgan Uncensored an “explosive” interview.
The broadcaster’s decision, which was announced alongside a photo of Morgan, Tate and Tristian, to “give airtime” to the outspoken misogynist has sparked anger online among women, with many revealing they would boycott the episode.
“No need to watch,” one stated.
“Thanks for the heads up. Something I definitely won’t be watching. Disappointing that you would even give them air time,” another agreed.
As one raged: “Why would they be given air time? That’s literally half the problem of their misogyny being spread.”
“Such a shame, I don’t understand why you give a platform to people like this,” another added.
“No idea why you would give these two any air time – they are dangerous as they spread misogyny and hate,” one chipped in.

In contrast, many men in the comments declared the interview, which airs in the UK on Monday night, was something they’d be tuning in to.
“Well done again Piers,” one bloke commented.
“Love Piers, should be a really good interview,” another agreed.
As one guy added: “Comments section full of woke feminist beans.”
A trailer shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, shows Morgan telling Tate he is “simply wrong”.
Morgan has also confirmed the pair discuss the ongoing conflict in Israel in response to Tate’s public support of Palestine in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Prior to the allegations made against Tate, the controversial influencer was banned from Facebook, YouTube and TikTok amid fears his content “normalised violence” against women.
Among the many viral videos he made before his account was shut down included one claiming women “belong in the home”.
Another stated females “can’t drive” and are a “man’s property”, while in a particularly worrying clip, the former Big Brother UK contestant explained he only dates women aged 18 to 19 because he can “make an imprint” on them.
He also thinks women should “bear some responsibility” if they’ve been raped – an opinion he first shared in 2017 and has repeated multiple times.
“It’s bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up b*tch,” he said in one video, acting out how he’d attack a woman if she accused him of cheating.
It’s not the first time Morgan has interviewed Tate, with the outspoken journalist coming to blows with the controversial influencer in October.
The journalist questioned the internet star about his previous comment that he finds women aged 18 or 19 more attractive than women over 25, labelling it “misogyny”.
“You are encouraging a mindset about 25-year-old women that makes them sound to be infinitely less desirable than 18/19-year-olds and having effectively too much sex to be taken in a more respectful way,” he said.
But Tate disagreed, stating it wasn’t a misogynist view point.
“Firstly, even if that was the case that wouldn’t be misogyny. That’s not misogyny because that’s not anti-women, I’m not saying that an 18 or 19-year-old woman would be more desirable,” he argued.
“Anti-25-year-old women we can argue, but not misogyny.”
