What is Australia’s white supremacist group, Antipodean Resistance?

AUSTRALIA’S secret collective of neo-Nazis is spreading shocking messages of hate, yet chillingly claims its members are growing in number.

AUSTRALIA’S secret white supremacist group hails Hitler and is on a new mission to take down same-sex couples.

The Antipodean Resistance is a society that describes itself as “the Hitlers you’ve been waiting for.” It has a strict recruitment process and holds hidden radicalisation camps.

“We at Antipodean Resistance see the world for what it is: very sick,” the group’s website says.

“Be it mourning a now-routine terrorist attack, turning a cheek to the large-scale rape of children here and abroad, or encouraging the forced feminisation of children as young as four-years-old.”

The group goes on to say society is weak but white Australians could reclaim the nation.

“We have had enough. We, the Australian youth refuse to keep sitting by and watching our people falter,” the group said.

“We accept no degeneracy within our ranks. Being white is not enough. Every individual involved with Antipodean Resistance must dedicate himself to a higher standard of behaviour.”

The Daily Telegraph reports the neo-Nazis are now being monitored by the ASIO out of fear the extremist group could turn violent.

“Members of these groups are diverse and have different agendas, including extreme right-wing and extreme left-wing ideologies,” ASIO said to a parliamentary review into the expenditure of security agencies.

“A few small subsets of these groups are willing to use violence to further their own interests.”

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Antipodean Resistance has the largest following in Melbourne but there are also members in other states of Australia.

But there is an extensive criteria of what a potential member needs to fill.

A member firstly has to be white to join the organisation.

“No blacks, Asians, Jews or mixed abominations,” the group said.

“You must not be in a relationship with a non-white. Racial treason is not tolerated.”

The group also claims to be an organisation of young people and those aged in their teens and 20s are only able to join.

The organisation discriminates against those with mental disabilities, and will only consider those with minor disabilities.

There is a strict no drug policy because they “show a weakness of character, lack of willpower and a self-loathing that no strong man should be victim to”.

And the last rule — “no f****ts”.

“We don’t allow homosexuals or other sexual deviants in our organisation,” the group claims.

All members of the group have a pseudonym and their faces are covered with a skull icon.

An unidentified member of the Antipodean Resistance told the ABC they had more members than people would like to imagine.

“Everyone that comes to us has already been radicalised,” he said.

“At the moment we are extremely selective in our recruitment process.

“We are after only the most radical, dedicated and fanatical National Socialists in Australia. In the future we seek to transition to a more public platform.”

SECRET RADICALISATION CAMPS

The organisation’s August 2017 action report said two secret radicalisation camps were held last month in the Grampians National Park for training.

“The trip was a good way for activists to gain a better respect for nature, which can only be achieved by going out there only with what’s on your back, and being without modern conveniences that are taken for granted,” the report said.

“Going through adversity with only minimal equipment makes you a more resilient person.

“You feel utterly insignificant compared to the awe inspiring power of nature, which can hardly be felt under urban living.”

Another camp was also held on the Sunshine Coast in July.

THE HOMOPHOBIC POSTERS

The anti-Semitic, anti-Asian and anti-gay organisation has this month turned its attention to the marriage equality debate.

It claimed responsibility for disturbing posters stuck up around Melbourne that claimed “gay marriage enables paedophilia” and “gay couples are thirty times more like to molest children”.

The hateful poster links two entirely separate concepts and used false statistics in regards to child molestation.

According to the American Psychological Association and multiple studies, children are no more likely to be molested by LGBTI parents, that by male-female parents.

The group has also been responsible for slapping swastika stickers on the University of Queensland, Victorian Trades Hall Council and the University of Sydney.

The ABC reports the group also claimed responsibility for racist Chinese-language posters that threatened students with deportation.

The group has also been advertising itself at schools by plastering posters that say “keep Australia white”.

Last month one of the posters was stuck on a sign at Melbourne Grammar School.

The poster displayed a number of offensive terms for different races with the messages “stop the hordes” and “get out”.

“Our high schools are becoming overrun with non-whites,” the group’s 2017 August action report said.

“Even in the inner city suburbs, which used to be largely inaccessible to non-whites due to housing prices, you have white flight with parents wanting to send their kids to whiter schools.”
