Since her death, people close to Erica have shared sad messages, while paying tribute to the bond between the identical twins.

Both actresses, the twins collaborated on art projects and productions together.

Family friend and photographer, Peter Hall said the sisters “were soulmates,” and described their relationship as “a unique artistic partnership”.

“There were more adventures ahead. They came as a package pair – when they were working together, it was truly unique,” he told the The Advertiser.

“It was like working with one person even though there were two people – and yet they were also individuals in their own right.

Erica also appeared on the web series The Reality of Humanity, which was produced by Lisa.

In a lengthy Facebook post shared by the production’s Facebook page, their colleagues said their “hearts are breaking” for Lisa, her family and Erica’s boyfriend.

“To our beautiful friend Lisa, there are no words that we can offer that could encapsulate how we feel or how you must be feeling,” the post read.

“This is a loss greater than anything anyone should have to bear.

“We wish we could take it all for you, shoulder this burden so you can recover and breathe throughout this insanity. We love you and we are here.

“For whenever and whatever you need, as are so many others.”
