A controversial Australian millionaire has given his pregnant girlfriend an insane “push present” – three months before she’s due to give birth to their first child.

Adrian Portelli, who recently hit headlines after buying three houses on this year’s The Block, showed off the Aston Martin he purchased his other half ahead of her giving birth to their son in January.

Mr Portelli – who earned the nickname ‘Lambo guy’ for his love of luxury vehicles – also gave his 262,000 followers a glimpse inside the couple’s lavish baby shower.

Influencer Updates AU speculated the white car, which came complete with “heritage licence plates”, would cost upwards of $360,000.

“Adrian Portelli got his pregnant girlfriend Karlie Butler an Aston Martin for a push present, the base model starts at $357,000,” the watchdog account shared.

“Heritage plates sell for at least $50,000.

“The baby shower looks so extra.”

While the 34-year-old hasn’t revealed how much he paid for the iconic British sports car, he did state the gift was “well deserved for putting up with me”.

The self-made millionaire who earned his fortune through property investment also shared a string of photos from their baby shower, which showed the pair hosted a blue themed event for their unborn bundle of joy.

“Baby Portelli,” he captioned an image which showed the dad-to-be in front of an elaborate cake display, which included blue doughnuts and cupcakes.

Mr Portelli hosted an elaborate gender reveal at his $39 million penthouse in East Melbourne in July which saw three planes fly over the building, with one spraying blue to symbolise the upcoming arrival of a baby boy.

The businessman, who is estimated to be worth $350m, purchased three homes during the finale of The Block 2023, after buying last year’s winning Block house and raffling it off in a giveaway that publicly soured.

Despite winning $4.25 million through Mr Portelli’s company LMCT+, Melbourne couple Kevin and Andrea Griffin accused him of removing $100,000 worth of items from the fully furnished property.

Mr Portelli hit back at these accusations last month, insisting the items that were removed from the house were not included in the terms and conditions of the prize.

He then ran a $1 raffle for all the items that were taken, with all the money going to helping homeless Australians.
