Teacher, 31, jailed for two years over sexual abuse of two students
A female teacher who admitted she had “morning sex before school” in her car with a boy she taught has been jailed for two years.
A female teacher who sexually abused two of her students at her home, in her car as well as having “morning sex before school” has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Laura Dunker, 31, was working at Bedford High School in the US state of Ohio when the abuse took place between November 1, 2018 and October 19, 2019, The Sun reports.
She was convicted of two counts of sexual battery, with the judge sentencing her to two years for each count, to run concurrently.
The former schoolteacher will also spend five years after her release from prison on post-release control, and will be required to register as a sex offender every 90 days for the rest of her life.

Dunker was initially indicted on six counts of sexual battery in December 2019 for having sex with two male students, whose ages were not given in court, according to Bedford police, but later pleaded guilty to only two counts.
She picked up one student before school, and had sex with him in her car, in a car park, according to court documents seen by People magazine.
Dunker pleaded not guilty on January 6 when she appeared at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Cleveland TV station WKYC reported.
She was also charged for tampering with evidence after she deleted “numerous items” off her phone in November 2019 while “knowing that an official proceeding or investigation was in progress”.
She resigned from Bedford High School after her arrest and initially pleaded not guilty to all charges before agreeing to the plea deal.
The school acknowledged the investigation and charges with a statement last year to staff and student families.
“As I previously shared with our community, we immediately put the teacher on leave in order to protect the safety and wellbeing of our students,” the statement read.
“The Board of Education accepted her resignation on December 5.”
Dunker is the second teacher at Bedford High School to plead guilty to sexual battery charges involving students in the last two years.
The school’s former varsity football coach, Sean Williams, was sentenced to six years in prison after he admitted to sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl on multiple occasions.
