Star’s ‘naked’ workout angers fans – but she’s wearing popular gym shorts

Fans of an influencer with almost 9 million followers were furious after they thought she’d fully exposed herself at the gym in a recent video.

A woman has left onlookers stunned with her “naked” workout after rocking a daring pair of booty shorts at the gym.

Mexican actress Bárbara de Regil, 36, sparked outrage with her “vulgar” video as she performed various exercises while wearing flesh-coloured shorts.

Despite wearing clothing throughout her entire workout, Barbara’s choice of gym-wear makes it seem like she’s wearing nothing at all.

During the clip, which was uploaded to Instagram, the “nude” colour teamed with the tension belt around her ankles while she’s exercising with make it appear as though her undies have been pulled down.

“Bum Routine,” she captioned the clip which was shared with her 8.8 million followers.

Thankfully upon second glance, viewers were able to figure out what is really going on, establishing that she is, in fact, wearing clothes.

Despite this, there were some who were disgusted at what they’d witnessed from the fitness fanatic.

“The routine is excellent, but for the next one you will have to be more careful with the clothes,” said one fan.

“You can’t get more vulgar,” someone else raged, as a third agreed: “Super vulgar.”

Bárbara chose not to respond to the haters in her comments section but did receive an outpouring of love from many other fans.

“There is a lot of jealousy on here,” slammed one.

“Oh Barbarita, you are a superwoman!” said another.

The actress has appeared in numerous Latin American TV and film productions, most notably starring as the main lead in the rom-com television series Parientes a la fuerza between 2021-2022.

She has been married to Cuban businessman Fernando Schoenwald since 2017 and had a daughter when she was just 15.

Bárbara also boasts a large online following for her fitness content, including 11.8 million TikTok fans.

It’s not the first time the “nude” fitness trend has landed people in hot water, with countless stories of women turning heads while working out going viral in recent years.
