Perth twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque make surprise confession
Perth twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 35, famous for sharing the same fiance, have made a startling confession in a new interview.
Two Australian identical twins, who are engaged to the same man, have made a candid confession in a new interview.
Perth sisters Anna and Lucy DeCinque left television viewers stunned after revealing they do everything together.
During an episode of TLC’s Extreme Sisters, a doco showing their unusually entwined lives, the 35-year-olds confessed that they eat, sleep and even shower together.
“We just think we’re one person,” the twins said.
The sisters wake up at the same time and even “go to the toilet at the same time”.
As for meals, the twins weigh their food and make sure they eat exactly the same amount. The two even count each piece of cereal in their bowls.
The pair have even undergone the same plastic surgery and wear the same clothes to limit the number of differences between them.
The sisters, who claim to be “the most identical in the world”, first made headlines for sharing their fiance Ben Byrne, who they met 11 years ago on Facebook.
Ben, a twin himself, messaged the sisters separately, and continued to speak with them “every night for six months”.
The twins both developed feelings for him and came up with one solution: “Should we just share him then?” they said.
“Sharing a boyfriend for us means we get to be together all the time,” said Anna.
Lucy added: “There’s no jealousy in this relationship. If Ben kisses Anna, he’ll kiss me straight after.”
The sisters also revealed how they get intimate with their fiance.
“Ben in his own way will please both of us. If Ben does something to one twin in the bedroom, he has to do it to the other,” they said.
The twins have been engaged to Ben since 2021 but cannot be married because of Australian laws against polygamy.
“What’s holding us back is that you can’t marry two people,” said Ben. “That’s our biggest hurdle.”
“Which is totally unfair,” said the twins.
Earlier this year, the sisters shocked viewers of ITV’s This Morning after revealing they were trying to fall pregnant at the same time.
“We want to experience everything together. We can’t live without each other,” they told the program.
“If it’s possible, we’d like to be pregnant together. At the end of the day, it’s how we choose to live our life and we’re happy like that.”
The show’s hosts, Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield, asked the twins if Ben felt the pressure of impregnating them both, but they said: “It’s double the love for Ben.
“He understands that we need to be the same, we need to do everything together 24/7.
“He totally understands us. We found our everything. We’re so thankful we found Ben.”
Despite wanting to fall pregnant at the same time, the twins accepted this was something that would be out of their control. And they’d be happy if just one of them succeeded.
“We’ll be there for each other. We’d try to make the other one pregnant as soon as possible,” they said.
“As long as the child is happy and healthy, that’s all that matters.
“We’ll both be the mums, Ben would be the dad, so they would have two mums and one father.”
