Kardashian’s Poosh mocked for using sexy Kylie photo to promote cookie recipe
We’re used to seeing the Kardashians virtually naked – but this ultra racy snap of Kylie has proved too much for fans.
Sexy goes hand-in-hand with everything the Kardashians do – but trying to shoehorn it into a chocolate chip cookie recipe has proved a step too far for fans.
A photo of Kylie Jenner wearing a figure-hugging crochet dress that puts her bust on full display was shared by big sister Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle website POOSH to promote her “famous” recipe.
But fans were quick to point out the super risque image of the mum-of-one – who is pregnant with her second bub – has little to do with cooking.
Naturally, many had a field day roasting the photo, cheekily asking what Kylie’s boobs had to do with her cooking skills.
“I’d be worried about burning a nip if cooking in that dress,” one teased.
“This is a wonderful picture to illustrate a chocolate chip recipe,” another scoffed.
While one said: “Jesus Christ how do you cook in that?”
It’s not just the minuscule Natalia Fedner dress that is controversial though, with the recipe itself causing a bit of a stir after it was shared on TikTok by a fan putting it to the test.
The ingredients list contained everything you’d expect in a biscuit, including butter, brown sugar, eggs, flour – and of course, chocolate chips.
But as a result, some were left asking “what’s special” about it.
“That’s just … that’s just a normal cookie recipe,” one wrote on the video, shared by @lifewithtuyen.
“She obviously didn’t come up with this on her own,” another claimed.
As one user scoffed: “My aunt makes cookies the same way and she got the recipe from my grandma. Definitely ‘Kylie’s cookies’.”
Some defended Kylie, claiming she never stated she created the recipe, just that she uses it – adding it was good “basics” if you like your bickies crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle.
The video, shared on July 8, has been viewed over 4 million times, appearing to prompt POOSH to share it on its website.
