A woman dubbed “human Barbie” after forking out over $1.4 million on plastic surgeries has flaunted her figure in a skin-tight sheer catsuit during a night out.

Jessica Alves shared the jaw-dropping snaps from a dance club in her native Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The 39-year-old donned a sheer figure-hugging bodysuit, paired with a matching set of leopard-print leggings, pointed pumps and gold drop earrings.

“Dress to kill” she captioned the post.

“The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.” she added.

Alves was then seen showing off her best dance moves with the DJ and holding hands with a mystery man.

Jessica announced she was transgender in 2020, and was taking the steps to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

Prior to this, she was known publicly as the “human Ken doll” – but expressed to a British breakfast show that she was “always Barbie”.

“I was very unhappy and I either had the transition or die. It was one or the other,” she said.

“I still need two or three more surgeries to complete my transition, and then I swear I will be done with plastic surgery – there is only so much one can take.”

Jessica revealed she had spent $A99,500 on “feminisation” surgery in 2021 and expressed she hoped to one day have a baby.

“I would like to have a child and like to have a baby,” she said.

“Over the years I have been playing a character and being a man and I tried my best to be a male. After all, I was born in this body as a male.”

Despite being previously known for her likeness to a Ken doll, she said that the overall response to her transition has been positive and she has been asked on lots of dates.

“I finally feel like the real me. Glamorous, beautiful and feminine,” she told The Mirror at the time.

Reflecting on her life, Jessica said she had felt that she was living like a “caterpillar” for 36 years – but expressed that “now I am a butterfly and I am ready to fly” in an Instagram post.

The TV personality, who now lives in London, first rose to fame at age 17 due to her love of cosmetic procedures.

She confessed to have undergone over 100 procedures to enhance her looks, costing her over $A1 million.

As part of her transition, doctors removed her fake six-pack and inserted it into her behind for a bum lift.

She has since gone on to have her Adam’s apple removed, and has also undergone “face feminisation” surgery as well as a breast enlargement.

Jessica was born in Brazil in 1983 and moved to London when she was 19, where she studied at the London School of Economics.

Before becoming a TV personality, she worked as an air hostess.

She started with a nose job aged 19 and went on to have dozens of other procedures.
