Gold Coast man sparks outrage and protests over proposed G-string bikini ban

Two Aussie blokes have revealed their uncensored thoughts about women wearing G-string underwear.

If you’re already lost, a G-string is just regular underwear, but the back consists of a skinny piece of material and doesn’t cover your entire bum.

It’s a very popular underwear choice, and it has even become so widely used that people wear G-string bikinis to the beach.

As a result, it’s become a hot topic in recent weeks, prompting hosts of the Relatables podcast Ottie Clarke and Jake Craig co-host to discuss the controversial undies.

In a clip which has racked up over two million views, Jake jumped straight into it, and said he was certain G-string underwear was not something that wouldn’t hurt.

Immediately, he ventures away from why he thinks the underwear is uncomfortable and instead shares his genuine concern about women wearing G-strings.

“We think girls are all like … pretty, clean, sexy …. cute,” he said.

Ottie interrupted his rant … … “You are going deep …. Don’t say it.”

It was too late.

“There has to be poo stains on them. I’m sorry,” he said.

The boys then erupted into peals of laughter and continued on with their list, including fake eyelashes and fake tan, but Jake’s G-string claim got people talking.

Hundreds of women were quick to comment on the clip, clarifying they weren’t walking around with poo stains on their underwear.

“No girl has poo stains on their G-string … do men not know how to wipe?” one woman asked.

Her very important question was rewarded with over 5000 likes, and plenty of women agreed with her observation.

“There aren’t stains because we aren’t sh*ting our pants!” another added.

The comments continued:

“If you know basic hygiene, you won’t have sh*t stains on G-strings.”

“G-strings are so comfy, and if you have stains, wipe your arse better.”

“I’ve never had a stain on a G-string.”

Women unanimously agreed that no one was walking around with poo stains, but if G-strings were actually comfortable was a whole other conversation.

“Thongs are comfortable, but they actually feel like nothing,” one argued.

“I will only wear a G-string! Everything else is so uncomfortable,” someone else wrote.

“Bras are more uncomfortable than g strings,” another claimed.

Not everyone was sold on them though.

“I don’t do G-strings! They are gross,” someone wrote.

Another wrote, “G- strings are all-day wedgies! Any girl who says they’re comfy is lying.”

“They are the most uncomfortable underwear in the world. I don’t know how other girls do it,” someone complained.
