“It kind of got me thinking about what is it that makes us feel like we have to look different. I don’t feel like I need to change, I feel good in my own skin. I’m not changing anything at all.”
Steph — who has already changed her surname on Instagram to match her childhood sweetheart turned husband, Josh Miller — added that embarking on a special fitness regimen just for a wedding would make her “stressed out”.
“I just and enjoy the journey. I’ve still been eating chocolate and cheese and everything,” she said.

“So so so so happy,” she wrote.
“Yesterday was hands down the best night of our lives and we’re so so so incredibly happy.”
