A couple with a 46-year age gap have shared a shocking update about their marriage.

Iris jones, 83, stunned the world after sharing the intimate X-rated details of her “passionate and kinky” sex life with 37-year-old ‘toyboy’ husband Mohamad Ibriham.

The pair met online in the summer of 2019 through a Facebook group about atheism, and quickly become online friends.

The British grandmother began developing feelings for the young Egyptian man, and ended up flying over to Cairo in November 2019 to meet him in person.

Sparks between them flew, and they tied the knot a year later in a low-key ceremony, celebrating with KFC before taking a honeymoon in Sharm el-Sheikh.

But now the grandma has shared the shocking news that she and her husband have called it quits after more than two years of marriage.

“I adored everything about Mohammed. But it became hard work,” she told Closer.

“We used to have a great sex life but then, rather than making love, we ended up arguing all the time about anything and everything.

“I can’t be doing with that. I’m not a lovesick teenager. I’m 83.”

To ease the pain of the break-up, Iris decided to get a new cat who has turned out to be the “perfect companion”.

“I got him just a few days after Mohammed moved out and he’s the perfect companion,” she said.

“He never complains, is very quiet and beautiful to look at. I adore him. He’s very happy here and doesn’t create an mess.”

Iris revealed that she did not miss her husband at all and shared the one thing that annoyed her the most when they split up.

“I’m not missing Mohammed at all,” she said.

“The thing that annoyed me the most when he left was he took my tempura battered prawns that I’d planned for my dinner that night.”

The unlikely couple hit headlines when the grandma gave a graphic description of their sex life on ITV.

She admitted that on their first night of passion, an “entire tube of KY jelly”, left Iris “saddle sore”, while her favourite sex position is “doggy fashion”.

Iris and Mohammed’s antics saw them amassed fans from all over the globe, and the bond between the ex-cleaner and her millennial husband constantly left fans divided – even after he insisted he was “not after her money”.

The grandmother originally told the UK’s Closer magazine that she was having the best sex of her life.

“I didn’t expect to be having the best sex of my life at 83 but I’m certainly not complaining, she said.

“Mohamed keeps me young – especially beneath the sheets.”

Iris spoke candidly about her sex life on UK breakfast show This Morning.

“My skin is very thin – it’s like tissue,” she explained to hosts Phillip Scohfield and Holly Willoughby.

“Mohammed’s got to be careful when he grabs hold of me. He rips my skin, the skin on my legs is very, very thin.

“When it comes to making love it can be painful. I could end up at the A & E with skin rips.”

Iris – whose oldest son is 55 – said that she had not been touched for 26 years, since divorcing her husband in 1993.
