Kourtney Kardashian posts naked Instagram photo to promote mystery Poosh project

Kourtney Kardashian left little to the imagination in a nude photo — but no one can figure out her motive behind the bathroom shot.

Kourtney Kardashian has surprised fans with a naked photo and the stunt has left many fans confused.

Not only was the X-rated shot of the reality star completely different to her usual snaps of family, friends and home decor, the reason behind it is to promote a mysterious new business venture.

Perched on a bathroom vanity with her legs crossed, the eldest sister of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, holds up a tea cup in one hand and laptop in other to protect her modesty.

While her sister Kim is no stranger to the naked-selfie, in comparison Kourtney has been a bit more conservative.

But, nonetheless, the mother-of-three will still occasionally flaunt her toned body and in this case, it seems to be for her latest venture — Poosh.

It’s definitely one way to grab attention.

“The fact that I just signed up for the email list and I don’t even know what this is about dedication at its finest! Can’t wait,” one fan wrote, while others questioned why she had to strip.

The business is nicknamed after the reality star’s six-year-old daughter Penelope.

However, there’s no suggestion on the Poosh Instagram page (which used to be the Dash Instagram page) has anything to do with Penelope.

It hasn’t yet been confirmed whether or not Poosh is a lifestyle website but it may have something to do with her love of home decor — given the lush beauty props she’s surrounding by.

The only thing she had written alongside the post was ”coming soon” with a tag to Poosh’ Instagram page which has more than 2.2 million followers.

When you click through to the new website there’s a newsletter fans can sign up to.

Some people are hoping it’s a skincare line, while others think it might be similar to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop website, which has been wildly successful since the actress launched it in September 2008.

Despite confusion over why the 39-year-old shared the naked snap, there was no denying fans loved it.

“You look incredible,” one delighted fan wrote.

While another teased she needed to ditch the cup and laptop.

The 39-year-old has also created a YouTube Channel and Facebook page for Poosh, which are all being marketed with the #pooshtheboundaries hashtag.

Kourtney’s latest project comes after she launched a solo fashion line with PrettyLittleThing and started a makeup line with her sisters.

Kim is more of a regular to the naked-selfie, which could also be why fans are currently scratching their heads.
