Mother and daughter baffle TikTok users over their age

A teen girl has had more than 18 million views on a clip asking people to guess how old her mum is, leaving everyone scratching their heads.

Some people are blessed with age-defying genes, but this mother-daughter duo look so similar people often mix them up.

Veronika Zolotova, 18, surprised her TikTok followers when she showed off her incredibly youthful mum, The Sun reports.

The pair, from Minsk, Belarus, shocked viewers with their near identical looks – but can you tell who is older?

Revealing that there are 22 years between the pair, you could be easily confused to think that they are actually both the same age.

In one of the duo’s most recent clips, where they are dressed in baby blue and pink loungewear, thousands commented in shock over their resemblance.

“No, no, she’s your sister” one stunner user wrote.

“I thought you were sisters,” another added.

The teen, who has 13.2 million followers on the social media platform, mainly shares clips of herself.

But after sharing another video with her mum, it attracted 18.1 million views – more than any of her other posts.

In it, she proves to her followers that her mum is definitely not her twin, testing out an “Under age of 25” test – where a high-pitch noise plays, which supposedly anyone over the age of 25 can’t hear.

But Veronika’s fans continue to be in disbelief over the age of her mum.

“Her mum literally just said copy and paste,” one person wrote.

“Now I understand why you look so young, gurlssss you look like sisters,” added another.
