A mum who filmed herself packing her three-year-old’s lunchbox has divided the internet over the “treat” she included.
A mum has totally divided opinion after sharing the packed lunch she makes for her three-year-old.
The mum-of-two, who posts under the acronym @muddlethroughmummy, took to TikTok and shared a video where she can be seen packing the toddler’s lunchbox for the following day, The Sun reported.
In the clip, she begins: “He’s getting a cheese stick, and then in the protein section he’s getting two of these homemade protein balls.

She continues: “Now I am no Pinterest mum but I can just about stretch to heart-shaped strawberries.”
Blueberries for a bit of variety and then raisins in the treat section.”
The savvy mum then gets creative with some cucumber slices by using a star-shaped cookie cutter to remove the middle, before inserting in a star-shaped carrot.
“Yes this is a little bit extra but I’m just checking these are the same size because I’m going to be using these cookie cutters I got on Amazon to make these – I don’t know what you call them- but they look cool!
“Cookie cutters are such a simple way to make lunch boxes more interesting and this heart shape is the perfect size for his strawberry jam sandwich.”
The post has racked up 725,000 but there was one particular part of the packed lunch that got people talking – with the majority of comments asking how raisin is a “treat.”
“Raisins as a treat?” asked one.
A second questioned: “How’s raisin a treat?”
A third penned: “RAISINS ARE A TREAT?”

In response, the thrifty mum replied: “Just to clarify I said ‘raisins in the treat section’.”
Elsewhere, a fourth argued: “Why are people complaining about the raisins? We had them as snacks all the time.”
