Oliver grows through a gamut of emotions - from groucy to joyful and then stern - as you can see if you watch this cute video.

Many have jumped to the conclusion that Oliver's facial expressions are because he is filling his nappy or having a bout of wind. Babies cannot really smile until six to eight weeks old, many commented.

But Oliver's dad Brian told website Reddit where he posted the video:

"Yes, I'm sure he wasn't just pooping," he said.

"I checked his diaper after this video was taken and it was completely clean."
