The fitness expert shared a hugely relatable message about bodies after birth — and fans are applauding her courage.

Get the post-baby body you will love

Tiffiny Hall has never sugar coated the realities of recovering from pregnancy.

But in a new photo, taken just days after she delivered her son Arnold, the fitness expert got real fast — and fans have been praising her honesty.

In the snap, a make-up free Tiff is breastfeeding her son Arnie, now 18 months, at the time of his birth.

Alongside it she wrote: “There are a lot of things they don’t tell you about what happens after birth.

“I didn’t know I’d look pregnant for so long after I had a baby. I hadn’t seen many post-partum bodies, if any. No one told me. But it’s normal.”

New mums have been quick to comment on her courage, thanking her for the relatable and honest admission.

“Thank you for this. I am 8wks pp and struggle seeing my reflection,” one wrote.

“Love this so much, thank you for sharing,” another said.

Someone else said: “Beautiful photo.... we all need to be proud of what our body has helped us delivered.”

The founder of TIFFXO and former Bigges Loser coach also explained the reason she’s smiling in the photo — despite her struggles — is because she is “so proud of Arnie”.

“My body delivered a healthy boy and I’m beyond euphoric to have him safe in my arms. I’ll work out how to do up my pants (and my jacket) later #bounceforward,” she concluded.

Tiff reccenly told news.com.au she took it “very slow” after giving birth, which wasn’t what people expected of her.

She said she was aware embracing her new body could have damaged her business but she “didn’t care”.

She gained 30kg during her pregnancy and felt overwhelmed by being expected to “bounce back” within weeks of his arrival.

“I didn’t care. I wanted to rehab my body after the trauma of birth properly,” she said.

“It was never about the bikini body for me. It was about loving my baby body, and yeah, I’ve got loose skin on my stomach, and it will never be the same again. I’ve got wider hips, and I’ve got stretch marks.”

You won’t hear the new mum telling fellow mothers to “bounce back”. Instead, she uses the term “bounce forward”.

“I tell new mums all the time not to bounce back but to bounce forward,” she said. “Your body isn’t the same anymore and that’s OK. Mums need to take time to heal your body and build up stronger.”

Hall, who is married to comedian Ed Kavalee, revealed she was now “stronger than ever” because she chose not to bounce back — saying she’s used her experience of motherhood to create a new program designed especially for mums.

“To be honest, I didn’t want to bounce back after having a baby,” she added.

The new workout for her TIFFXO members is called Hyper, which focuses on helping women lose weight safely after having a baby.
