Desperate search for missing toddler Walker John Duggan

Police are urgently seeking help to find a missing 18-month-old boy who was last seen with his mother.

Missing children: what does "missing" actually mean?

The Australian Federal Police and the Family Court are requesting help to find a missing 18-month-old boy.

Walker John Duggan has not been seen for about two weeks and there are concerns for his welfare.

He is believed to be with his 38-year-old mother Kylie Anne Duggan, who normally has ginger hair but was last seen with straight dark brown long hair.

“She has hazel eyes, is 162cm tall and weighs approximately 60 kgs,” the AFP said about her.

Walker was born on April 29, 2022 and has strawberry blond hair, brown eyes and pink chubby cheeks. He now weighs 11kg.

The Family Court has previously made a recovery order authorising the AFP and state and territory police forces to find and recover Walker.

Ms Duggan’s whereabouts are unknown but it is believed she may be travelling through NSW toward Queensland or Victoria.

She is “likely” driving a 2016 black Ford Ranger, with Queensland number plates 460 HM9.

She may be staying in short term rentals or hotels and police say she likes to attend speedway events, ride horses and swim.

Walker has medical issues that require attention and Ms Duggan may attend various hospitals and doctor’s surgeries.

“If anyone has information about the whereabouts of the child Walker John Duggan, or his mother Kylie Anne Duggan, please contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000,” the AFP said.
