Those prison walls should be PINK!
U.S. SCIENTISTS were so impressed with the calming effects of the colour pink that they have recommended it be painted on prison walls
U.S. SCIENTISTS have found that what was claimed in the 80s is true - just looking at the colour pink can lower your heart rate and slow down breathing, quickly reducing stress and anxiety.
In a study of 1,700 people, pink was found to be the most calming colour - beating more likely suspects such as green or blue.
The results were deemed so significant that researchers recommended prison walls be painted pink to keep inmates calm.
Perhaps the boys from Prison Break could have benefited from this knowledge and stressed less during their time inside... Hey, they might not ever have wanted to leave!
