IT WAS ‘mission accomplished’ when Tom Cruise sold his Hollywood Hills estate for $A16.1 million.

But now the 53-year-old is stepping back in to the sellers market and hoping to offload his Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $A70 million.

Cruise is quietly allowing real estate agents to show the property to selected clients. The property, which stretches almost 929sq m and has a swimming pool and tennis court, was purchased by the Hollywood actor in 2007 for $20 million less than the current asking price.
