FLOW After Dark is one big vinyasa party, held as part of Flow Athletic’s 30 Days Clean program, for novices and experienced yogis.
Picture a warehouse filled with fairground games, carousels and rides.
The class is led by body+soul yoga expert Kate Kendall to the live beats of a DJ who will pump music straight to your ears via wireless headphones.

CAT YOGA — CATMOSPHERE CAFÉ SYDNEY
CURIOUS kitties will accompany your lesson, some walking through your downward dog and others settling in comfortably on your mat.
