Generation Z have exposed themselves for doing something ‘feral’ in bed

Generation Z have exposed themselves for doing something “feral” in bed – and you’ll be shocked at how many Aussies are doing it.

Young woman reveals wild reason she's finally quitting vaping

Generation Z are doing something “feral” in the bedroom, which is more common than you might think.

It is no secret that the young people are changing the culture with their baggy jeans, quiet quitting and loud confidence, and now they’ve also introduced a habit into the bedroom that is enough to leave any Millennial confused in their skinny jeans.

An anonymous social media user put up a post in a popular Facebook group with over 50,000 members and asked people if they vaped in bed.

The poster was looking to understand if vaping in bed had become routine as it was something her partner indulged in.

“My partner vapes and will take the vape to bed because he doesn’t go straight to sleep and will sit up on his phone watching YouTube and then vape,” she explained.

She added that she was “sick” of the habit because the vape would ultimately end up getting lost in their sheets.

“I’m so sick of being woken up by him frantically looking for it,” she wrote.

The poster asked people to react with a thumbs up emoji if they vaped in bed or a love heart emoji if they didn’t.

Over 700 members revealed that they had committed the vaping act in the bedroom. Less than 100 members said they didn’t vape in bed.

Yes, the majority of young people, shared they are sucking on their vapes in the same place they sleep.

Recent research has found one in three young people aged 13-17 years have tried vaping, and half of the young people aged 18-24 have also experimented with it, so perhaps this was inevitable.

The post prompted hundreds of responses, leaving people were divided on the bedroom act.

One woman shared she’d be “furious” if her partner vaped in bed, and another described the act as “ewww” before she explained she saw it as the same as smoking a cigarette in bed.

One woman described the act as “feral” and said it didn’t matter if the vape contained nicotine or not because it was “irresponsible” and “disrespectful” either way.

There was also a very lengthy debate throughout the comment section, with people claiming non-nicotine vapes were fine for the boudoir, just not ones with nicotine.

Things got even messier when one pregnant woman shared that her partner kept his vape on their bedside table and said he was only allowed to vape in bed if the fan was on because she hated the smell.

Someone replied that the husband’s act was “dangerous” for her and the baby and told the woman to ask him to “go outside.”

The pregnant woman said she would do no such thing because “he pays the same rent and bills that I do. I don’t expect him to leave comfort every time because he vapes,” she claimed.

“I don’t care what he pays; he should care more about the health of your unborn baby,” the commentator hit back.

It wasn’t all anti-vaping in the bedroom, plenty of women shared that their partners also vape in bed, and one said she often wakes up with it wedged into her back, while another said her partner consistently wakes her up by pulling the bedspread off her to find his missing vape.

A few women also confessed they’d been guilty of waking up their partners in a desperate attempt to find their own vapes.

“I woke my partner up pulling the blankets off the bed to find my vape,” one admitted.

While another shared she was known to “hold” her vape while she sleeps and another claimed taking her vape to bed with her is her “comfort”.

One vaper admitted that she’d tied a string so she wouldn’t lose it in her sleep and another joked that she was reading all the comments while vaping in bed.

This habit isn’t just being discussed in the Facebook group.

On TikTok, people are cracking jokes about vaping in bed, sharing how much they love to vape in bed and just discussing the habit in general.

What became abundantly clear is that this “feral” bedroom act is very much a popular habit among Gen Z.
