A woman has put herself through Kendall Jenner’s gruelling diet and exercise routine to see how the model stays in shape.

A TikTok user is sharing the gruelling reality of Kendall Jenner’s diet and workout plan after following the model’s routine for 24 hours.

Mai Phammy wanted to see how the brunette kept her physique in shape, so decided to follow her exact eating plan and gym routine – which left her “dying”, The Sun reports.

“I wanted to live like her for a day, and work out like her, and eat like her,” Mai said, referencing Kendall’s iconic red bikini pictures.

“So I did my research, I found her workout routine online, and her diet, and I am going to follow it,” the TikToker told her followers.

Mai shared footage of her following Kendall’s gym routine, including core work and cardio.

“Honestly her ab routine wasn’t that hard but oh my God, the high-intensity cardio that this girl does, I was dying and sweating. I felt like Usain Bolt,” she said.

The influencer also followed the supermodel’s diet plan, eating the same meals as Kendall for an entire day.

“For breakfast, she likes to eat some oatmeal with some avocado toast. I also put an egg white on top, and honestly, this is a simple breakfast, and it was super good,” Mai told viewers.

“For lunch, she has another basic meal, but honestly, it was really good so I can’t complain. It was just some vegetables, chicken, and rice.”

And finally, Mai rounded off her day at New York City’s Craig’s, where Kendall has been spotted by the paparazzi.

“She has this vegan Bolognese and also a Margherita pizza. And oh my God, it was so good,” she said.

“And for dessert, she likes to have some frozen Greek yoghurt, and this also slapped!”

Mai’s followers took to the TikTok comments section to share their thoughts on Kendall’s daily routine.

“I eat less than models,” commented one TikTok user.

“This is the first eating/working out like a celebrity that the meals seemed doable.”

“To be completely honest the only reason why Kendall is able to eat things like pasta and

pizza is because of genetics. Too many carbs for most people,” said the third person.
