A popular milk brand has been recalled in Australia because of a bacteria that could cause serious illness.
A popular milk brand has recalled several of its products after they were found to be contaminated with a bacteria that can cause illness if consumed.
Queensland’s Kenilworth Dairies’ full cream milk in the three litre, two litre and one litre sizes with a best before date of March 15, 2021, have been recalled due to E. coli contamination.
According to Product Safety Australia, food products contaminated with the bacteria can cause illness.
Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice, and the product should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
The milk was sold at independent grocers and the Kenilworth Dairies Cafe in Queensland between March 1 and 5 this year.
