Kmart fans are going crazy for a $65 item that can cater to all your breakfast needs in one go, including boiling eggs, toasting bread and frying hash browns.

Fans of department store Kmart are going crazy for a $65 item that can cater to all your breakfast needs in one go.

Kmart’s 4-in-1 Breakfast maker is available in store, as well as online for just $65. With the appliance, you can toast bread, boil eggs, fry and steam. So you can fry your bacon and boil your eggs all while your bread is toasting.

One woman who bought the kitchen gadget praised it in a post on Facebook group Kmart Home Decor & Hacks Australia, saying it was “worth the money”.

“I have purchased three toasters over the past fortnight, all different prices, and all have been uneven toasting with burnt edges to not toasting on edges and even slider broken with first push down,” she said.

“Have returned for refund. When I saw this I thought well what the hell I’ve tried them all, let’s give this a go. So far so good!”

She said you can choose if you want your boiled eggs served soft, medium or hard and you can even make omelettes inside one of the compartments.

One customer said: “I like the look of this. Yummy and easy to use by the looks of it.”

Another added: “Next to your coffee maker, a good breakfast station.”

One person asked for other opinions on the device, as their nine-year-old daughter was going through a phase of wanting eggs on toast every morning.

“I thought this might be a good way to teach her how to cook them herself,” the mum said.

“We have a gas cooktop and I’m not quite ready to let her use it.”

But not everyone was impressed by the appliance.

“This is one of those gadgets I buy, use once and then it lives in the back of the cupboard next to the sausage roll maker, doughnut maker, churros maker etc,” one said.

Another added: “Can it cook me some bacon and bring it to me in bed though? I’m too comfy to get up.”
