McPops, which comes in a chocolate, a berry and a Biscoff flavour, will be available at Macca’s around the country from May 29.

The McPops feature soft, squishy dough filled with gooey flavouring and topped with a sprinkle of cocoa or powdered sugar.

The McCafe treats were first available at McDonald’s restaurants in Spain and have now arrived Down Under as a permanent menu item.

McPops, which comes in a chocolate, a berry and a Biscoff flavour, will be available at Macca’s around the country from May 29.

“McPops are a fun and affordable snack, brimming with warm sweetness, that we expect our customers are going to love,” Lancy Huynh, Marketing Manager for McDonald’s Australia, told news.com.au.

“Pairing perfectly with our McCafé barista-made coffee, they’re a delectable bite-sized treat that will make your morning or afternoon pick-me-up that little bit sweeter.

“We’ve got three flavours, so make sure you pop in and try them all.”

Aussies can get a McPop for $1.50 or two McPops for $2.50 with the purchase of any drink from McCafes around the country, as well as through the drive through or the MyMacca’s app.

It comes shortly after the Feisty McSpicy range, which featured the Feisty McSpicy, Double Feisty McSpicy and the Cheese and Bacon Feisty McSpicy, hit restaurants on May 22.

As well as the three burgers, which are “next level” variations on the cult McSpicy, diners who enjoy the heat will also see the return of the Spicy Chicken McNuggets and the Spicy Shaker Fries

“Our new Feisty McSpicy range offers the iconic Macca’s taste that customers know and love, topped with our Feisty Hot Sauce for a mouthwateringly memorable kick,” Ms Huynh said at the time.

“In addition to the original McSpicy, we’ve got a feisty line up of new and returning menu items, so whatever spice level you’re craving, there’s something to feed the whole family.”

The new range is only in stores for a limited time only.
