Golden Gaytime’s four new ice creams include bacon-flavoured, Christmas themed treats

It’s happening. The makers of the iconic Golden Gaytime have released four completely new flavours, and we can reveal where you can grab one (or five). Be quick, they’re expected to sell fast.

The makers of the iconic Golden Gaytime never fail to disappoint and they’ve done it again, releasing four completely new flavours.

Think bacon and vanilla and popping candy and metallic sprinkles. All insta-worthy of course.

For a limited time only, the new crumb creations will be available from this Wednesday and all will be handmade to order for $7.50 each.

Where you ask?

Unfortunately, if you don’t live in Sydney you’re going to miss out, unless you make the effort of course because, you know — it’s Golden Gaytime.

For those of you who do live in the city, the Gaytime Crumb Shed pop-up will be at Myer Giftorium, Level 6, 436 George Street from this Wednesday.

“Aussies went Crumb Shed crazy for the limited edition crumb creations at out last pop-up,” Jessica Hume from Streets Marketing said. “We’re thrilled to bring it back this time for our fans, with the support of Myer. We anticipate lines will be out the door.”

If this news isn’t jolly enough, fans will be given the opportunity to relive the tantalising deliciousness of the limited edition crumb creations throughout the silly season.

The three unique flavours (Ultimate Unicorn Tail, Bacon Me Crazy, Sleigh My Name) and the Original Gaytime Crumbs will be available to purchase separately in tins at the Gaytime Crumb Shed only for $7.50 each, while stocks last.

“We want the love of our new crumb creations to live beyond the one-off experience in store,” Ms Hume said. “Sprinkle the delicious crumbs on your ice cream, get creative with cocktails or just eat them by the spoonful straight from the tin, because there’s no better time than Christmas to indulge a little bit.

“We expect our special crumb tins to fly off the shelves, so get in early because first in, first served.” Ms Hume warns.

• Ultimate Unicorn Tail — get the camera ready because it’s too magical not to ’gram

Chocolate crumbs, popping candy, metallic sprinkles, edible confetti, fairy floss

• Bacon Me Crazy — there’s enough bacon on here to send you squealing. Vanilla crumbs, maple flavoured popcorn, bacon pieces, pretzel bits

• Sleigh My Name — this is one gingerbread-inspired treat Mrs Claus would approve

Vanilla crumbs, ginger biscuit, Christmas sprinkles, red and green 100s & 1000s, edible gold stars

• The OG-G — the original and the best, handcrafted to perfection. With even more vanilla crumbs, because why not.
