Millions have taken advantage of a $7 meal deal since it launched last year, proving how hard the cost of living crisis is affecting Australians.

Pizza chain Domino’s launched its “My Domino’s Box” in June 2023, and since that moment, over five million Australians and New Zealanders have tucked into it.

There are over four thousand possible order combinations, as customers can select one mini pizza and two sides, either sweet or savoury, from a wide range of menu options.

The sides include items such as BBQ chicken meatballs, chips, mini garlic bread, Hickory BBQ chicken wings, mini churros and mini Dutch pancakes.

There are currently over 4400 possible options for people to mix and match from using the pizzas, Meltzz and sides, up from 600 flavour combinations when it launched.

Millions of Australians and New Zealanders have tucked into the affordable meal – which starts at $7 for pick-up orders – in the past twelve months, making it “one of the most loved lunchtime treats in Domino’s history”.

“The My Domino’s Box is a testament to Domino’s commitment to going above and beyond delicious pizza, delivering on both variety and value,” said, Don Meij, Domino’s ANZ CEO.

“Everyone deserves a treat – one that won’t break the bank while still delivering on choice. Why must we choose one menu item when we can have a taste of all three? It’s the ultimate pizza pick and mix.”

Allan Collins said customers were loving bento-style boxes.

“Pizza is awesome but personalised pizza meal deals are even better! These cute and delicious customised experiences offer the ultimate value for those seeking lunch for one or a late-night snack,” said Mr Collins.

“Now the combinations really are unlimited. As My Domino’s Boxes turns one, do we knead any more reason to celebrate?”

Customers can order the $7 Value Box meal from instore, through the Domino’s app or online.
