Aldi fans spot ‘delicious’ new $5 ice cream ‘bites’ in stores

If you’re a fan of Allen’s banana and raspberry lollies, then you’re going to love what the confectionary company has just released.

It has put a huge spin on the popular treats, transforming them into miniature ice cream “bites” – and fans can’t stop raving about them.

Ever since the treats were spotted in Aldi stores, customers have bombarded a Facebook group about the tiny ice creams.

“Bought these today and some serious willpower will be required. These are delicious,” one happy customer wrote.

“They’re the best,” another simply added.

“Ohhh boy I can’t wait to try these bad boys,” said a third.

Others pointed out that while the bites are pretty small, they’re still “so delish”.

Inspired by the lollies, the ice creams are covered in a layer of smooth milk chocolate with each box containing six miniature ice cream sticks.

But it appears the new treats aren’t yet available across all Aldi stores with some fans disappointed they haven’t been able to nab the item.

“Still haven’t seen them,” one person commented with a crying emoji.

“I sent hubby into Aldi after work yesterday … so disappointed as he couldn’t find them,” another added.

The banana and raspberry flavoured desserts are sold separately for $4.99 per box and seem to have quietly launched.
