The 67-year-old has now entered the entrepreneurial realm, establishing her own “boutique advisory firm” offering a spectrum of personal services ranging from business development to social media influencing.

Positioning herself as a brand ambassador, Ms Bishop’s newly launched website proudly claims: “Julie has been referred to as Australia’s Minister for Fashion – she is well known for her love of fitness and fashion, and works with a few select brands she knows and loves.”

Ms Bishop said her focus is on delivering strategic advice to boards and management concerning intricate international and domestic business challenges.

Her multifaceted offerings include public speaking, advocacy, customised analysis of geopolitical and geostrategic developments, and comprehensive business development services.

With a social media presence exceeding 110,000 Instagram followers, Ms Bishop shared the exciting news with her audience, teasing: “New year, new challenges”.

Ms Bishop has not only embraced the world of business and politics but has also become a prominent figure in style and fashion.

Since retirement, she has attended Australian Fashion Week and Louis Vuitton events.

In a recent revelation, Ms Bishop disclosed her ultimate travel aspiration — to attend the prestigious Met Gala in New York.

In an interview with Marie Claire, she quipped: “Surely one year, I’ll get there.”

Ms Bishop attributed her fashion choices to Amal Clooney, the elegant spouse of Hollywood icon George Clooney, exclaiming: “I love what she wears and whenever she wears it. She’s fabulous.”

In a social media post from April, Ms Bishop exhibited her prowess as a social media influencer by promoting her stay at the opulent Gansevoort Meatpacking hotel in New York City, where a single night’s stay could cost up to $2,814.

Sharing a video from the hotel’s coffee shop, she captioned the post with ‘#Giftedstay’ and tagged Luxury Escapes.

The retired Liberal politician has blended her new-found influencer role with her public engagements, for example when she attended an Anzac Day Dawn Service in NYC.

She was spotted clad in black pants and a long white designer coat, reportedly accessorised with Louis Vuitton earrings valued at $37,000 and an $800 scarf.
