There’s undoubtedly some pretty out-there looks in the world of fashion.

Just take this year for example when the underboob trend reached a whole new level.

But it appears a pair of G-string pants is giving it a run for its money, with a design that’s equally as racy.

Sydney influencer Jessie Khoo came across a pair of black ASOS trousers, finding them so “crazy”, she couldn’t help but purchase the $33 item.

“The other week I put a story up with these pair of pants,” she said in an Instagram video as she showed a snap of the faux crocodile skin trousers.

“I thought they were crazy, all of you thought they were crazy — and of course I’d get them.”

The lifestyle blogger, who boasts 130,000 followers, then shared footage of herself in the bizarre design before declaring it “the most offensive thing to fashion”.

“This is the back they’re very low, what do you think?” she asked viewers.

Jessie said there was something “sexy” about the pants, but as a 31-year-old she was not keen on wearing them out.

The product details of the ‘croc thong black pants’ describe it as being a ‘whole mood’.

But not everyone agrees, with some of Jessie’s followers branding it “horrendous”.

“I have no words,” one person wrote on her post.

“Omfg you are amazing. Like, these are horrendous (in my opinion), but you legit look soooo good!!!” said another.

One person joked that she should wear it to a family dinner and record their reaction.

“It’ll be gold!!” they wrote.

Others saw the potential in the racy trousers with one person saying they don’t look “so bad”.

“I know what you mean but I’m still offended,” Jessie responded.

There’s plenty of gushing reviews for the racy pair of pants, with one woman saying she has been “wanting a pair of thing pants for a while”.

“I am so in love. Soo happy,” she wrote online.

“These are bomb! I feel like every year my birthday rolls around I struggle to fine that “piece” … THESE ARE IT!!!!” said another.
