TikTok user topnotchboutique shared her simple hack for sizing jeans without trying them on and our minds are blown, The Sun reports.

In the video, we see the woman in a store trying to find the perfect pair of jeans.

“Let me just show you a jean hack that is going to be a lifesaver,” she says.

The process appears to be very simple – you simply take the waistline of the jeans and wrap it around your neck.

“So if it fits round your neck, they’re going to fit,” she explains.

The woman then goes off to the changing room to try the jeans on and emerges moments later, wearing the jeans.

And it’s safe to say, they are a great fit.

She adds, “See! Look how cute they are!”
