‘Most beautiful girl’ Thylane Blondeau stuns at fashion show

Thylane Blondeau, dubbed the “most beautiful girl in the world”, has been praised by fans for her “classy” outfit at a prestigious fashion event.

Thylane Blondeau, the French model dubbed the “most beautiful girl in the world,” dazzled attendees at Elie Saab’s 45th-anniversary runway show in Saudi Arabia.

At just six years old, Thylane gained international fame when her pictures went viral. Now 23, she appeared elegant and composed as she walked the red carpet at the event, titled “The 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab”.

The star-studded celebration featured performances by Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, and Camila Cabello.

Blondeau was photographed in a stunning floor-length Elie Saab gown at the lavish event.

The off-the-shoulder black dress featured delicate white lace detailing and a pleated black skirt that cascaded behind her as she posed for the cameras.

To finish her look, she wore delicate gold jewellery, and her multiple ear piercings and trendy fine line tattoos added an edgy touch to her otherwise formal attire.

The model paired it with a simple black clutch that allowed her striking gown to take centre stage.

Her hairstyle, a sleek middle-parted bun, along with smokey eyes and rose-pink lipstick completed her chic ensemble.

Fans quickly took to social media to praise Thylane’s stylish outfit, describing it as “divine” and “a masterpiece”.

One follower commented on a Reel she shared while getting ready for the event, saying, “This dress is worn so well.”

Another remarked, “A princess dress for such a princess,” while a third added, “Always classy.”

This appearance follows Blondeau’s attendance at the Zimmerman show during Paris Fashion Week last month, where she was a guest at the Australian brand’s runway show featuring a 52-look collection of silk dresses, swimsuits, and tailored trousers.

Her rise to fame

Blondeau is the daughter of former French football player Patrick Blondeau and TV host Veronika Loubry. She first entered the spotlight in 2006 when Vogue Enfants labelled her “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World,” thanks to her striking blue eyes, blonde hair, and prominent lips.

Signed by IMG Models at the age of 15, she has since worked with prestigious brands such as Prada, Versace, and L’Oreal Paris.

Thylane founded her fashion brand, Heaven May, in 2015 and made her film debut in Belle & Sebastian: The Adventure Continues that same year.

In a 2018 interview with The Telegraph, Blondeau reflected on the immense attention she received after her initial Vogue photo shoot.

“When you’re small, you don’t really pay attention,” she said.

“People tell you ‘you’re the most beautiful girl in the world,’ and you think, ‘I’m not; I’m just playing with my iPad.’ Even today, people say ‘you are the most beautiful girl,’ and I’m like, ‘no, I’m still not; I’m just a human being, a teenager.’”

Model’s health struggles

In 2021, Thylane revealed that she had undergone multiple surgeries due to complications from ovarian cysts.

She shared images from her hospital room on Instagram, explaining that she needed surgery after an ovarian cyst “exploded in her stomach.”

Throughout the year, she consulted three different gynaecologists and visited over four radiology centres in Paris.

Despite her persistent pain, many doctors dismissed her concerns, suggesting, “Don’t worry, you have nothing; it’s all in your head.”

Eventually, an MRI revealed a cyst larger than 5 cm that was pressing on her ovary, leading to an emergency surgery.

In her update after the surgery, she expressed relief, saying, “Today I’m finally feeling better; I’m finally feeling free.

“I really thought I was crazy for complaining about my stomach for so long. Happy that I never gave up.”
