Kendall Jenner wears short wig at Chanel’s star-studded Paris runway show
WITH her long locks hidden under a cropped wig, Kendall Jenner has turned heads at Chanel’s star-studded Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week show.
WITH her trademark long, chocolate locks hidden under a cropped wig, Kendall Jenner was almost unrecognisable at Chanel’s Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week show.
Jenner, 19, wore a double-breasted brideal-inspired two-piece suit, with a long cape and trademark Chanel camellia brooch, to close the show , which launched Chanel’s fall couture collection by Karl Lagerfeld.
Her make-up was pale and feminine, with defined eyebrows and red lips, paired with a two-tone white and black manicure.
Kendall’s BFF Cara Delevingne, who has closed Chanel’s shows previously, didn’t walk in the show because she was promoting her movie, Paper Towns, in Australia.
The pair are so close that they’ve dubbed themselves “cake” (as in “Cara” and “Kendall”).
Lagerfeld’s runway was themed around a casino, with Lagerfeld’s most famous guests not sitting in the front row, but at makeshift gambling tables at Paris’ Grand Palais.
They included Lily-Rose Depp, Lily Collins, Chanel muses Kristen Stewart and Julianne Moore (who wore a star-shaped diamond necklace), along with Rita Ora, Lara Stone and Girls actor Jemima Kirke.
“I like that elegant moment of beautiful people going into a casino wearing jewellery,” Lagerfeld said, according to The Guardian.
“It’s like a fantasy.”
