Cara Delevingne, Katy Perry and Kristen Stewart sport Slim Shady-style pixie cuts at Chanel’s Paris runway
THERE’S a new celebrity ‘it’ haircut on the radar and just about everyone in the front row at Chanel’s couture runway show in Paris had it.
THERE’S a new celebrity ‘it’ haircut — and just about everyone in the front row at Chanel’s latest runway shows had it.
Seemingly inspired by Slim Shady-era Eminem and Billy Idol, supermodel Cara Delevingne, actor Kristen Stewart and singer Katy Perry sported cropped pixie ‘dos in Paris for the French fashion house’s autumn/winter couture 2017 runway.
They teamed the dramatic cut with head-to-toe Chanel.
Peroxide blonde seems to be the new “it” colour in celebrity hair, with even former Victoria’s Secret model Karlie Kloss going really, really blonde (though long, not cropped) in Paris.
Kloss’s dramatic ‘do was done by the Kardashians’ celebrity hairstylist, Jen Atkin.
Meantime, Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld staged the couture show in a replica of the Eiffel Tower, built within the Grand Palais.
Along Perry, Delevingne, and Stewart, the front row included Chanel regular Julianne Moore, ’90s supermodel Claudia Schiffer, The Beguiled director Sofia Coppola, Pharrell Williams and photographer Mario Testino.
MIA from the catwalk were Chanel regulars Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid.
