Tregoning, a 40-year-old father of two, was arrested in Bondi about 9.40pm on Friday, September 30, after police found small bags of cocaine in his possession.

He was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged.

Tregoning did not appear in the Waverley Local Court when his matter was listed for mention on Tuesday, but his lawyer pleaded guilty to the charge on his behalf.

In NSW, the maximum penalty for drug possession is $5500 or two years imprisonment if convicted.

Tregoning, a filmmaker and photographer, has been involved with high-profile productions such as Snow White and the Huntsman with Chris Hemsworth and the Aussie TV series Puberty Blues.

He has also worked on commercials for Audi and Qantas.

Meanwhile, Tregoning’s wife Claire has been abroad with friend and PE Nation co-founder Pip Edwards, visiting a well-known former politician.

In London on a work trip, the pair caught up with former foreign minister Julie Bishop.

Ms Bishop took to Instagram to share her excitement in promoting the pair’s business.

“So excited to promote our Aussie fashion designers in London this week,” she captioned the photo on Instagram.

PE Nation began as an online store in 2016 but has since flourished into one of the most sought-after activewear brands in the country.

However, reports recently revealed the pair had let four staff members go from their office headquarters after a source revealed the George St store wasn’t as profitable as the pair had hoped.

Tim Tregoning is due back in court in January for sentencing.
