Aussie mum sparks internet hilarity with dress covered in vaginas

AN AUSSIE mum posted a photo of her new dress online. The world has been having a little too much fun with it ever since.

Now an Aussie school mum has taken the internet by storm with a Facebook picture of her new dress which she never realised was covered in vaginas.

“So I bought this dress today from MYER because I really liked it ... “ Aussie mum-of-three Sam wrote on the School Mum Facebook page.

“I got home and put it on for hubby and any guesses first thing he said? #dressfail #onceyouseeyoucantunsee”

The post has received more than 2000 comments from mums around the world and prompted her to post a full-length version of the picture. She said the bold pattern on the front and four diamonds on the back mean her husband has taken to calling it the “dance of the seven vaginas”.

The post has sparked a string of other people sharing vaginas they unwittingly wore on their clothes or had hanging on the wall. There were also plenty of puns regarding Myer’s excellent “customer cervix” and it being one “hell-vulva-dress” detailed on her blog.

It’s not the first time others have been quick to spot what the wearer can’t.

Natarsha Belling’s “penis jacket” sparked a hysterical outpouring online in March this year, leading Lisa Wilkinson to suggest other presenters all wear their versions on air the next day. ABC presenter Virginia Trioli was the only one who did so.

The Sahara beaded dress from Wayne Cooper’s Wayne label is selling for $219.00. Although we’re guessing after this it might not be so popular.
