Star’s ‘embarrassing’ front row moment at Melbourne Fashion Week

A Love Island star has shared the “embarrassing” moment her dress failed her at Fashion Week, leaving onlookers “pointing and laughing”.

A former Love Island star has shared footage of the moment her daring cut out dress burst open while sitting in the front row at Melbourne Fashion Week.

Anna McEvoy wore a stunning black mini dress with a daring cut out detail across the front to a show at the ACMI on Sunday.

But during the runway display, her MISHA dress failed to uphold its end of the bargain, with the reality star turned podcast host sharing the “embarrassing” incident on TikTok.

“When your dress breaks and b**bs pop out front row at fashion week,” Anna wrote across the video.

Her 16-second clip begins showing Anna walking confidently into the annual event. Her blonde hair was tied back into a bun with loose wavy strands framing her face at the front

She attended with her former Love Island co-star and podcast co-host Matt Zukowski, revealing the pair shared a glass of wine before the “boob drama” occurred.

Anna’s night out then took a turn for the worse, when she spotted “the guy across the runway pointing and laughing”.

That’s when she realised tiny piece of fabric holding the dress together at the front had pulled apart, exposing her chest to everyone sat on the other side of the runway.

Her footage shows someone trying to help using a piece of orange ribbon in a bid to tie it back together.

“My boob just popped out,” she tells the camera as the friend tries to help during her moment of need.

It’s not clear if their attempt at salvaging the dress were successful.

Many of Anna’s followers sympathised with her plight, saying they “felt bad” about her situation. Others questioned whether she should have been surprised the dress malfunctioned.

“The amount of trust you gave to the dress... gurl,” one commented.

“You were putting a hell of a lot of faith in that wee middle bit. You look stunning anyways,” another said.

Others shared their own wardrobe malfunction stories, with Anna joking they were part of an “elite club that’s felt that level of embarrassment”.

“Happened to me at my exs sisters bachelorette party,” one revealed.

“I had this EXACT thing happen while I was in the check in line to get on a plane!! Was so embarrassing. EVERYONE saw the goods,” another shared.
