Rebecca Judd, Effie Kats wear risque gowns to Melbourne event
All eyes were on fashion designer Effie Kats at a star-studded Melbourne event after she arrived in one of her notoriously skimpy designs.
Rebecca Judd has turned heads in a stunning backless gown while attending a glitzy event to celebrate an Australian wine company.
She was among a string of familiar faces who pulled on their best outfits for a star-studded event to celebrate an Australian wine company.
The mum-of-four wore a silver J’Aton Couture gown with revealing cut out panels across her bust and hips, sharing a series of photos from her fitting before heading off to the Bird In Hand event.
The gown was reportedly pulled together in less than 24 hours by the Melbourne designer who has had a long-running relationship with the 38-year-old personality going back to her 2010 wedding to AFL husband Chris.
“Bec x @jatoncouture is back. It’s been a minute Melbourne,” she captioned the post, shared Sunday.
“Off to celebrate with my @birdinhandwine family tonight.”

In the photo, the former radio host and TV presenter has her hair styled to the side in glamorous waves and is showing off the gown’s revealing thigh split.
A second snap from behind shows the outfit’s low cut back and the intricate detailing, leaving many fans in awe.
J’Aton Couture commented “finally” on the post, a nod to the fact the pair had not worked together in a while, likely due to pandemic related set backs.
While fellow influencers and famous friends of the WAG showered the outfit with praise.
Former WAG and Bec’s Melbourne bestie Nadia Bartel commented “umm the back is beyond hot!!!!”
Model Megan Gale agreed, calling it “amazing”, while fellow model Jennifer Hawkins said: “Whaaaat! That dress!”
Melbourne stylist and shoe designer Lana Wilkinson, who is believed to have helped pull the look together for Bec, commented: “Back with a bang.”
Other guests at the event, hosted by the Adelaide winery, included Home And Away actress Esther Anderson and fashion designer Effie Kats.
Actress Esther opted for a sparkly black gown featuring a revealing cut out on the bust, while Effie wore one of her own skimpy designs and was “dripping” in jewels.
Her floor-length black gown cut away across her midriff and shoulders, with a bra feature to cover her modesty.
She wore lots of sparkles from House of Emmanuele including a choker and huge earrings.
Bec Judd has worked with couturiers J’Aton a number of times, including her wedding and a number of Brownlow red carpets.
One of her most memorable looks was a futuristic silver halter-neck gown that bared her midriff and flashed her underboob that she wore to the National Gallery Victoria Gala in 2019.
