Nicole Kidman dazzles red carpet at Expats screening in Sydney
Nicole Kidman has turned heads as she returns home to Australia with Keith Urban to promote her upcoming show.
Nicole Kidman has returned home to Australia to stun on the red carpet while promoting her latest television series.
The Academy-Award winner turned heads in a silky nude dress ahead the screening for the upcoming Prime Show, Expats.
Kidman paired a daring strapless headline with a thigh high split which revealed a matching pair of nude pumps.
Her hair was styled into a messy, but still chic, updo while the only accessories she wore was a single gold band and simple gold hoops.
Kidman not only stars in the show, but has paired up with director of The Farewell Lulu Wang to co-executive produce the series, with the A-lister’s production company Blossom Films backing the show.
Wang is the show’s creator, director and writer.
Based on the best-selling novel by Janice YK Lee, the six-part series follows Margaret (played by Kidman) and two other American women who are affected by a family tragedy.
Set in Hong Kong, the story takes place in the turbulent period of the umbrella movement protests that rocked the city in 2015 over China’s democratic crackdowns in the city-state.
The unrest has seen expatriates leave the city with droves, along with citizens, with the future of Hong Kong uncertain.
Kidman was joined on the red carpet by husband Keith Urban, the pair seen arm in arm as they posed for photographers.
Urban was spotted at Sydney airport just one day before the premiere, braving the Christmas crowds to pick up Kidman.
He came alone to pick up his wife after jetting into Sydney on Monday with his two daughters, Faith and Sunday, in tow.
