A string of Melbourne’s most-famous faces gathered in style to celebrate the latest collection from a celebrity fashion designer on Tuesday evening.

Carrie Bickmore was among the star attendees at the Effie Kats Spring Launch, held at the iconic Grossi Florentino restaurant by the brand’s owner Effie Katsaounis.

The former Project host wore the figure-hugging Gable Midi Dress in Taffy Pink from the new collection, which retails for $389, which she paired with sparkling silver heels and matching statement earrings.

The 43-year-old wasn’t the only well-known Aussie star at the star-studded bash, with former WAG Nadia Bartel also in attendance.

The HENNE owner and mum-of-two opted for an ab-flashing Effie Kats outfit, wearing the Perez Set, priced at $329 for the top and another $329 for the skirt.

Bartel, 39, finished her chic outfit with a simple black clutch, styling her honey bronde hair in a trendy up-do.

Balinese Princess Lindy Rama-Ellis and her 18-year-old influencer daughter Stella Klim were also in attendance, with social media users noting the mum and daughter-duo’s “striking resemblance”.

Rama-Ellis, who was married to former Olympic swimmer Michael Klim for 10 years, wore a long black velvet dress that featured a plunging neckline to the swanky party, while Stella opted for a similar off-the-shoulder velvet number.

Photos on the young model’s Instagram account show fans are blown away by her “likeness” to her mother.

“You look just like your mum,” one commented on a bikini snap recently.

As another described them as “lookalikes”.

Brooke Warne, the daughter of the late-cricket legend Shane Warne, was also at the glamorous dinner party where guests dined on prawn tortellini and Wagyu beef sirloin.

Ms Katsaounis said the event “marked a bold evolution on for the brand” for her Melbourne-based Australian fashion brand.

“I am excited to unveil this new direction for Effie Kats. It represents not only the evolution of my design aesthetic but also a commitment to empowering contemporary women through innovative tailoring that honours our heritage,” she said, explaining she drew from her Greek-Australian background for the collection.

“My designs reflect the heritage that runs through my veins. The techniques I’ve learned from my grandparents and father, combined with my own creative vision, allow me to craft pieces that not only celebrate women but uphold the artistry of true tailoring.”
