A Melbourne “curve model” made a huge statement with her sparkly G-string, revealing it celebrates her body after years of “shame”.

An Australian influencer has turned heads in a daring G-string dress with an empowering message for women.

Jess King, who describes herself as a “curve model” on Instagram, recently attended Melbourne Fashion Festival wearing a black Erik Yvon dress.

She paired the low-cut garment, which featured chain crisscross detailing across the back, with a custom G-string from KISSKILL that flaunted her booty.

A chain adorned with letters ran across the lacy undies which read: “Size fourteen.”

Jess explained her underwear choice in an Instagram post, writing she was proud of “owning this body – whatever size and shape it comes in”.

“At the height of my disordered eating I would religiously rip all the size tags off every item of clothing I wore,” she explained.

“I carried so much shame and placed so much importance on a singular number that not much else mattered.

“If that number wasn’t good enough in my mind (which it rarely was) I didn’t feel good enough.”

She went on to explain her outfit was about “celebrating” how far she had come in her journey of acceptance and “putting it in gold diamantés”.

Fans of the Melbourne-based model were quick to commend Jess for her incredible outfit, labelling it “next level” and “iconic”.
